Overview
لقد قيض الله لحديث رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجالا يتثبتون له أدق التثبت، فينفون عنه انتحال المبطلين، وتحريف الغالين إلى يوم الدين، فوضعوا لذلك القواعد والضوابط حتى لا ينسب إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما لم يقله. غير أن بعض المشتغلون بعلم الحديث أوجد قواعد خاصة به في تصحيح الحديث وقبوله، قد تخالف ما استقر عند الحفاظ المحدثين، منها: \"تصحيح الحديث بالكشف\" فيحكمون للحديث بالصحة دون اعتبار الحكم على سنده. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لنقد هذا المنهج، وبيان جواز الاعتماد عليه مستقلا في تصحيح وقبول الأخبار من عدمه، وبيان موقف العلماء منه، ومسوغاتهم في قبوله أو رده، وقد اعتمد الباحثان لتحقيق هذا الهدف على المنهج النقدي إضافة إلى كل من المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن منهج \"تصحيح الحديث بالكشف\" يفتقر للضوابط التي تجعل عملية التصحيح واضحة منضبطة، فلا يصح الاعتماد عليه مستقلا.
