تضمن هذا المقال دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعقد البيع على التصاميم ومراحل إعداده باعتباره أداة لنقل ملكية البنايات التي تنجز في إطار نشاط الترقية العقارية وذلك قبل إتمام أشغال الإنجاز، مما يمكن المقتني من تسديد الثمن على أقساط مع إمكانية استفادته من قروض لتمويل مسكنه. ونظرا لخصوصية هذا العقد كونه يرد على بناء في طور الإنجاز، هذا ما أدى إلى إيلائه عناية خاصة من طرف المشرع الجزائري حيث أخضعه إلى الشكلية الرسمية والشهر العقاري وخصه بنموذج بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم: 13-431.
