Overview
هدفت دراستنا للتعرف على مخرجات التكوين الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية وميدان الشغل، وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التخصصات المدروسة بالجامعة لا تتماشى مع المناصب المعروضة في سوق العمل وأن تكوين الجامعي لا يغطي كل الجوانب لخرجيها، وأن سوق العمل المحلي من يد عاملة مركزية التكوين الجامعي في الجزائر لا تسمح بتوجيه الطلبة حسب طبيعة البيئة المحلية التي ينتمون إليه، الأعداد الكبيرة لخريجي الجامعة يفوق حاجيات الاقتصاد الوطني.
