كلما أصبح الطفل محضونا التزم الحاضن باتباع إجراءات قانونية للوصول إلى استيفاء المنح العائلية المخصصة له، ومن ذلك يكون الهدف من الدراسة؛ تيسير هذه الإجراءات ببيان سبل استحقاقها. وبناء عليها توضحت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في: ضرورة المطالبة الإدارية والقضائية من الحاضن لحق المحضون في منحه العائلية، فضلا عن دور القضاء في التصريح بمثل هذه الأحكام التفسيرية.
