Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس نجاعة آلية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير العمل الإداري، وذلك من خلال استخدام أنظمتها داخل المكتبات العمومية بالجزائر بصفة عامة، وداخل المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بأدرار بصفة خاصة، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية حجمها 30 من موظفي المكتبة العمومية بأدرار، ولقد بينت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي باستعمال برنامج (spss) مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: إنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية وأنظمتها وتطوير العمل الإداري في المكتبة العمومية تعزى بالمتغيرات الوظيفية.
