Overview
يتضمن الموضوع دراسة للحماية الإدارية للتراث الثقافي من خلال أدوات التعمير الفردية والتي نص عليها المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون رقم 90-29 المتعلق بالتهيئة والتعمير، ويتعلق الأمر برخصة البناء والتجزئة والهدم، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة من وسائل الضبط الإداري الفردي التي تمنع بصفة وقائية المساس وإلحاق الضرر بالممتلكات الثقافية المادية، وتحافظ على النظام العام العمراني في مجال التراث الثقافي بالموازات مع إحكام القانون رقم 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي.
