Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تفاعل التسيير العمومي الحديث مع رقمنه الإدارة العمومية في الجزائر، حيث أن التحديات التي أصبحت تواجهها الإدارة العمومية، جعلتها مطالبة بإيجاد الوسائل الكفيلة التي تجعل منها إدارة عصرية تقدم خدمات نوعية ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب. خلصت الدراسة، إلى أن إحلال الرقمنة داخل الإدارات العمومية محل المعاملات الورقية، يحتاج إلى ممارسات إدارية حديثة وتطور نمط التسيير في القطاع العام.
