Overview
يتطلب حماية البيئة والتخطيط لخدمة التنمية المستدامة وصيانة الموارد البيئية دراسة جودة الهواء كأحد أهم متطلبات الحفاظ على الصحة العامة للسكان، لذلك تم دراسة وتقييم جودة الهواء بمنطقة الدراسة من خلال معرفة مؤشر جودة الهواء بمنطقة الدراسة حيث تقع وسط الدلتا في نطاق المنطقة المعتدلة (100:51) تبعا لمؤشر جودة الهواء التابع لوكالة حماية الأمريكية، عدا منطقة طنطا التي تقع ضمن نطاق غير الصحي للأفراد التي تعاني من الحساسية (150:101).
