كانت الهدايات القرآنية ولا زالت مناسبة لكل زمان ومكان متجددة بما حوته من معان وعلوم ومعارف، ولما كانت الاستعاذة أساسا عند تلاوة القرآن الكريم بأمر الله الكريم؛ جاء هذا البحث مبينا لأهم الهدايات المستنبطة من الاستعاذة بلفظ \"أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم\" في ستة مباحث جامعة مفهوم الهداية والاستعاذة وأهميتها، والهدايات المتعلقة بالمستعيذ والمستعاذ به والمستعاذ منه، والمطلب الذي أستعيذ من أجله، وأهم الهدايات العامة من الاستعاذة، وخلص البحث إلى أهمية الوقوف على هدايات الاستعاذة لما فيها من تأثير معنوي وحسي على المسلم سواء على مستوى تلاوة القرآن الكريم أم سائر أعمال المسلم اليومية وبخاصة ما كان للشيطان منها حظ.
