Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح العلاقة بين الصفقات العمومية وحماية البيئة، وأيضا البحث في الآليات والوسائل القانونية التي تسمح بإدراج البعد البيئي في الصفقات العمومية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إدماج البيئة في مجال الصفقات العمومية يمكن تكريسه في جميع المراحل التي تمر ما الصفقة، مع ذلك فالملاحظ هو أن قانون الصفقات العمومية في الجزائر تضمن فقط إشارات بسيطة لموضوع إدماج الاعتبارات البيئية في مجال الصفقات العمومية، كما أن هذه العملية واجهت جملة من المعوقات والصعوبات.
