Overview
This paper aim to explore the relationship between transformational leadership (individual consideration, idealistic influence, inspiring motivation, and intellectual stimulation) and the job performance of the first three classes teachers at public schools in Amman, Jordan. A total number of 152 usable questionnaires were collected from employees working in different public schools in Jordan. Partial least square (PLS-SEM) is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that individual consideration and idealistic influence has a positive relationship with teachers' job performance, while no relationship between inspiring motivation, and intellectual stimulation with teachers' job performance. Accordingly, this study recommends that schools managers be involved in transformational leadership to shape their effectiveness to accomplish the objectives of schools. The study's recommendations for future studies are also considered.
