Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير فرص وتحديات تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة على قيمة مؤسسة (نفطال- باتنة)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استمارة وزعت على عينة عشوائية تتكون من 30 عامل. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة بالنسخ الجديدة له أثر إيجابي على قيمة المؤسسة، غير أن مؤسسة (نفطال- باتنة) تواجه بعض العقبات لتطبيق هذا النظام.
