Overview
يعنى البحث بكتاب الماء لأبي محمد عبد الله بن محمد الأزدي الصحاري، الذي جمع فيه بين الطب واللغة، وقد سماه باسم أول أبوابه، وهو (الماء)، ويأتي البحث بهدف الكشف عن المستوى العلمي فيه، وقد تكون من مقدمة وتمهيد وتفصيل لمنهجية المؤلف، والمستويات اللغوية في الكتاب. وتوصل إلى أن الكتاب يحتوي على عدد كبير من ألفاظ اللغة، ومصطلحات الأمراض والأدوية وطرق العلاج، والأساليب التي استخدمها المؤلف لتوليد المصطلح الطبي، وقد ظهر أثر واضح للأطباء وعلماء اللغة في كتابه، كما مزج فيه الأسلوب العلمي بالأدبي.
