Overview
الهدف من الدراسة معرفة تأثير عجز الموازنة العامة على سياسة التحويلات الاجتماعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2009- 2018) والتي شهدت تقلبات أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم عجز الموارنة والظروف المالية الصعبة التي يعيشها الاقتصاد الوطني بسبب تراجع المداخيل البترولية لا تزال الحكومة الجزائرية تنتهج سياسة الدعم الاجتماعي، وهذا حفاظا على الطبقات الفقيرة ومحدودي الدخل.
