Overview
Through this article, the two researchers try to shed light on the features and characteristics of the use of social networking sites in Algerian society and its role in crystallizing the concept of moral crime, which has taken new forms and dimensions in the digital space under the name of electronic crime of all kinds and its dire effects on individuals, institutions and countries. The traditional laws of crimes and their penalties are no longer in line with the rapid spread of this negative phenomenon resulting from the public's bad uses of social networking sites that provide distinguished interactive and communication services and at the same time may cause serious violations and abuses that harm all parties.
