تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعا هاماﹰ هو نظرية العلم اليقيني في قضاء محكمة العدل العليا؛ لإظهار جوهر هـذه النظرية، وموقف الفقه وقضاء محكمة العدل العليا منها، وشروط تحقق العلم اليقيني وإثباته، وضمانات الأفراد إزاءهـا من خلال تطبيقات القضاء الإداري الأردني في هذا الصدد. وقد تمت مناقشة هذا الموضوع من خلال مبحثين: خصصنا الأول لماهية نظرية العلـم اليقينـي وشـروطها ،وأفردنا الثاني لطرق إثبات العلم اليقيني. ثم ﹸختمت الدراسة ببعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تو صلنا إليها.
