Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أسباب مشكل الأمن الغذائي الذي تعيشه بعض الدول العربية، للقيام بذلك قمنا باختبار عينة من 11دولة تعد من بين أكثر الدول العربية نشاطا في القطاع الزراعي، وذلك اعتمادا على مجموعة من المتغيرات المهمة في دراسة وتحديد مستوى الأمن الغذائي (نسبة الواردات الغذائية من إجمالي الواردات السلعية، متوسط إنتاج قيمة الغذاء ومتوسط متطلبات الطاقة الغذائية)، وقد أكدت هذه الدراسة على دور هذه المتغيرات، وبنسب متفاوتة في تحديد واقع الأمن الغذائي لدى الدول العربية.
