Overview
تعد صلاحيات القبض الممنوحة لرجال الشرطة بموجب القانون أخطر الصلاحيات وذلك لتعلقها بحقوق وحريات الناس لذلك تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من مقارنة النصوص الخاصة في القبض في التشريع السعودي بالتشريعات الأخرى بهدف الاستفادة منها في مجال القبض وقد ناقش البحث ثلاثة محاور أساسية حيث تحدث المبحث الأول عن ماهية القبض، في حين تناول المبحث الثاني الضمانات الخاصة بالقبض، وفي المبحث الثالث تم الحديث عن سلطة مأمور الضبط القضائي في القبض على المتهم، وقد انتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.
