Overview
الهدف من هذا المقال هو تسليط الضوء على أهمية الأتصال بين الأفراد داخل المنظمة (الاتصال الداخلي) باعتباره واحد من أهم هذه الطرق تجميع الوسائل ولإنجاح التغيير وعلى أساس أن الإنسان (الفرد) هو القاسم المشترك لجميع مجالات التنظيم داخل المؤسسة، فعليه فأن تنفيذ أي تغيير أو تطوير يتوقف على نجاح أو فشل التنظيم والتخطيط و باعتباره يملك مهارات عملية التعامل (اتصالات ) مع أي عملية التغيير.
