Overview
عرفت جريمة السحر والشعوذة انتشارا واسعا في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث أصبحت تشكل هاجسا خطيرا لما تخلفه من أضرار جسدية ونفسية ودينية ومادية، وأمام تنامي هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية الخطيرة، قام المشرع الجزائي الجزائري بتعديل الوصف القانوني للجريمة من المخالفة إلى الجنحة المشددة، وتشديد الجزاء الجنائي المقرر لها وفقا لتعديل 06/24 من قانون العقوبات، بهدف تحقيق الردع العام والخاص لكل من تسول له نفسه المساس بالمعتقدات الدينية وسلامة الأشخاص وزعزعة أمن المجتمع واستقراره.
