Overview
مخيم برج الشمالي الواقع شرقي مدينة صور، هو أحد مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين الصغيرة، لكنه معروف بتداخله مع محيطه اللبناني، وهو يقع أساسا في منطقة زراعية، وكثيرا ما عمل سكانه في هذا القطاع. وكان المخيم يتغير وفقا للمتغيرات السياسية الميدانية، وخصوصا الديموغرافية والاقتصادية، ومداخله ومخارجه كلها أغلقت أمام السيارات، ولم يفتح إلا مدخل واحد ثبت عنده حاجز للجيش اللبناني، بينما يستطيع المشاة أن يعبروا من دون أي رقابة من المداخل التي وضعت عليها ألواح كونكريتية.
