سلط المقال الضوء على اللاجئون كسلاح جيوستراتيجي. وذكر المقال نبذة تاريخية عن ظاهرة معاناة اللاجئين وتوظيفهم استراتيجياً. ثم تطرق للحديث عن مخيمات اللاجئين السوريين: فضاءات ومجالات للضبط والمراقبة والبيولوجيا السياسية، ومخيمات اللاجئون الفلسطينيون: تشهد حالة الاستثناء. كما أشار المقال إلى اللاجئون في أوروبا والوصم بالإرهاب والخطر. وختاماً فإن توظيف حركة اللاجئين السوريين من داخل سورية، كان يرمي إلى ضرب وجود الدولة السورية، أما في الحالة الفلسطينية فإن تدمير المخيمات يرمي إلى مسح حق العودة، أو بالأحرى إلى ضرب وجود شعب بأكمله. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
