Overview
استهدف البحث دراسة واختبار أثر استيفاء الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية لمتطلبات الإدراج بمؤشر مسئولية الشركات ESG على قيمة وأداء الشركة. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من (27) شركة غير مالية مقيدة بالبورصة المصرية ومدرجة بمؤشر ESG خلال الفترة الزمنية (2012- 2015). وتوصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود أثر لاستيفاء الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة لمتطلبات الإدراج بمؤشر ESG على قيمة الشركة بمقياس Q Tobin's، وعدم وجود أثر على أداء الشركة بمقياس معدل العائد على الأصول. وتوصلت أيضا النتائج إلى أن تأثير الرافعة المالية على قيمة الشركة كان إيجابيا بينما أثر حجم الشركة كان سلبيا، وأن هناك أثر إيجابي لحجم الشركة على أدائها في حين كان الأثر سلبيا للرفع المالي.
