لا يمتري أحد في أن الشريعة أتت مستغرقة كل معالم الكمال الذي تنشده الحضارات، وبما أن الإنسان ابن بيئته ومحيطه راعى التشريع علاقاته بأفراد أمته وبني جنسه فجعل مرد ذلك كله إلى جبر الخواطر ورعي المشاعر الانسانية، والنصوص شاهدة على اعتبار هاته المنظومة المحققة للمقصد العام من التشريع الذي هو حفظ النظام العام، وحتى الانقياد للمأمورات تنفر منه النفوس إلا إذا تعلقت بالآمر فتصير طلباته أوامر مع تلذذ في إيقاعها. ويضرب لنا الشرع أرقى النماذج في تجلية معاني الصحبة والتي نحن بحاجة ماسة إليها في أزمنتنا للاقتداء والاهتداء.
