Overview
أسهمت دراسة الوثائق العربية في معرفة جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والشخصية الخاصة بكل شعب على مر العصور، وتحتفظ المتاحف المتنوعة بالعديد من مجموعات الوثائق وأوراق البردي العربي، ويستهدف هذا البحث دراسة أربعة وثائق صدقة وتراجع عن الصدقة، مؤرخة بالفترة الواقعة بين عامي 685- 6۸۷ه/ 1286-۱۲۸۸م، وهي محفوظة في مكتبة برلين، ويعود الفضل إلى نشر وقراءة هذه الوثائق لعالم البرديات Yusuf Rageb، إلا أنه لم يقم بدراسة تلك الوثائق والتعليق عليها تعليقا كاملا، ولم يعثر في الدراسات الحديثة على دراسة تتناول تلك الوثائق. يتبين من دراسة وثائق الصدقة المؤرخة بسنة 685ه/1286م شكل وثائق الصدقة وأسلوب صياغتها في القرن 7ه/13 م، والمضامين التي تحتويها وموضوع الصدقة، وتوثيقها بتدوين أسماء الشهود في نهايتها.
