緊急救護技術員自評急救處置能力之研究

Overview
背景：緊急救護技術員須能準確評估急救需求，因這關係著病患的安全及預後。但國內目前無制定相關專業核心能力指標及課程，易導致不適當之處置。目的：旨在探討緊急救護技術員自評急救處置能力，及比較不同背景的整體自評急救處置能力差異。方法：採橫斷式調查，方便取樣自東部某消防局的緊急救護技術員為研究對象，以自擬問卷進行資料收集，共發放295份問卷，回收272份，回收率92.2%。結果：本研究發現緊急救護技術員自評執行急救處置能力整體平均得分為3.58，得分最高的項目為：「正確操作自動體外去顫器」；得分最低的項目為：「明白產後出血的處理方式」。此外其分數會因年齡、教育程度、緊急救護技術員資格、緊急救護教官或助教資格、擔任緊急救護技術員年資、服務單位每月救護勤務量、個人月平均救護勤務量，及最近一年內是否曾額外參與緊急救護課程，而有顯著差異存在。結論：可將評分較低項目，如：急產及兒科急症納入訓練課程，設計標準化教材及不同教學策略、增設考核制度，以提升信心不足案件之緊急救護適當性及品質。
