Overview
يحاول هذا المقال إبراز أهمية تقييم المؤسسات-من خلال تقييم الأوراق المالية في بورصة القيم-بالنسبة لعملية اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين الماليين، التي تدخل في إطار تسيير حوافظهم المالية. وذلك من خلال التعرض للمداخل المستعملة في تحليل الأوراق المالية (أولا)، وطرق التقييم المستعملة في الوقوف على قيمة الأوراق المالية (ثانيا)، وذلك في إطار نقدي وتحليلي لهذه المداخل والطرق، بغية ترقية ومساعدة المستثمرين في ترشيد تصرفاتهم وقراراتهم، الأمر الذي ينعكس على كفاءة السوق المالي.
