Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الأثر النحوي في استنباط الحكم الفقهي، واتخذت باب الأسماء عند الإسنوي في كتابه (الكوكب الدري) حقلاً لها، فتوقفت عند المسائل التي تظهر هذا الأثر، وكان منهج الدراسة هنا وصفياً تحليلياً مع المقارنة في بعض الأحيان؛ حيث نعرض هذه المسألة النحوية والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليها، ونذكر ما فيها من آراء عند النحاة، ونعرضها على مذاهب الفقهاء، وقد قدمنا لها بتمهيد يبين فضل العربية وما لها من أثر في العلوم الشرعية ولاسيما الفقه.
