Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس تكاليف اللاجودة وبيان أثر هذه التكاليف على ربحية الشركات الصناعية الجزائرية، وذلك بالتطبيق على شركة حضنة حليب بالمسيلة المتخصصة في إنتاج وبيع الحليب. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الشركة قيد الدراسة تحملت تكلفة ملحوظة ناتجة عن اللاجودة والمتمثلة في عدم مطابقة منتجها لمواصفات الجودة المحددة، وأن قياس هذا النوع من التكاليف والعمل على تدنيتها إلى أدنى المستويات، يؤدي إلى زيادة معدل ربحية الشركة بنسبة قدرها 0.04% خلال سنة 2022 وهو ما يعادل زيادة بمعدل 34%.
