يعرف البحث جريمة القتل العمد المرتكب ضد القاصر، وذلك حسب التشريع المغربي وبعض من التشريع المقارن، وذلك بالتعرف على أركانها، والعقوبة التي ينص عليها كل من المشرع المغربي وبعض من التشريع المقارن. nوالبحث هو جزء من رسالة دكتوراه في الحقوق، مسجلة بجامعة القاهرة، تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور شريف سيد كامل، وتحت عنوان الحماية الجنائية للطفل من جرائم الاختطاف في التشريع المغربي، حيث تم التعرض لجريمة قتل قاصر في إطار الجرائم المقترنة بجريمة الخطف.
