هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التربية على حقوق الإنسان، من نقل المعارف إلى بناء الذوات الفاعلة عند المتعلمين. أوضحت الدراسة أن الذي يدفعنا إلى التركيز على التربية على حقوق الإنسان. اشتملت الدراسة على عنصرين، عرض العنصر الأول مفهوم التربية، حقوق الإنسان، التربية على حقوق الإنسان، الذات الفاعلة، جاء العنصر الثاني متحدثا في الحاجة إلى التربية على حقوق الإنسان. وأشتمل على التربية على حقوق الإنسان وجهود اليونسكو. التربية على حقوق الإنسان في المنطقة العربية. التربية على حقوق الأنسان مقاربة أفقية متعددة المداخل. اختتمت الدراسة بعدة ملاحظات، التربية على حقوق الإنسان ضرورة لا غنى عنها، التربية على حقوق الإنسان مسألة أفقية تهم مختلف المواد الدراسية حتى وإن أدت بعض المواد دور القاطرة (التربية المدنية، التربية على المواطنة، التربية على حقوق الإنسان، والفلسفة). كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2022
