Overview
الذكاء الاصطناعي ذلك الجهاز الذي يحاكي الذكاء البشري ويقوم بذات الأعمال التي يقوم بها الإنسان، بناء على قواعد بيانات مخزنة فيه. يناقش الفقه منح الشخصية المعنوية لهذا الشي، وهو موضوع للقانون لمنحه الأهلية القانونية والذمة المالية المستقلة ليتحمل المسؤولية عن أفعاله. والرأي الراجح هو أن الذكاء الاصطناعي هو شيء جماد، ليس به روح، ولا إرادة ولا يمثل مجموع من الأموال أو الأشخاص. وليس القدرة على اكتساب الحقوق وتحمل الالتزامات. فلا يكتسب الشخصية القانونية، إلا من خلال النظام القانوني للشخصية المعنوية.
