Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم عام لمدى تطبيق أساتذة مادة التربية الإسلامية للمقاربة بالكفاءات في عملية التدريس من خلال ملاحظة ميدانية لأداء الأستاذ أثناء التدريس، ولهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم شبكة ملاحظة. كما سعت الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير الأقدمية في التدريس وطبيعة التكوين على أداء الأستاذ وتمكنه من المقاربة بالكفاءات، كما ختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج المحصلة.\"
