Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استعمال وسائل الدفع الكتابية في التعاملات المالية والتجارية في المجتمع الجزائري، مع تسليط الضوء على أزمة السيولة لصائفة 2020، وذلك من حيث الأسباب وكذا الإجراءات المتخذة قصد التخفيف من حدتها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة مباشرة إصلاحات عميقة للنظام المالي والبنكي في الجزائر، إضافة إلى تعزيز دور بنك الجزائر في ممارسة صلاحياته الرقابية والتنظيمية لمستوى الكتلة النقدية المتداولة في الاقتصاد.
