تـم التحـري عـن قـدرة عـزلاتStaphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia المعزولة من حالات التهاب التجويف الأنفي على انتاج حاملات الحديد التـي تعد أحد عوامل الضراوة الاساسية في احداث الاصابة استخدمت طريقـة (1973,Rrogers) لاستخلاص حاملات الحديد ثم اجري الاختبار الكيميائي والحيـوي للكشـف عـن حـاملات الحديد, وأظهرت النتائج قابلية جميع العزلات المدروسة على انتاج حاملات الحديد ممـا يؤكـد دورها في إمراضيه هذه الجراثيم.
