Overview
الاستقلالية القضائية في لبنان تعد من المبادئ الأساسية لضمان العدالة وسيادة القانون، لكنها تواجه تحديات متعددة. يعاني القضاء اللبناني من تدخلات سياسية تؤثر على تعيين القضاة ومسار الدعاوى، مما يضعف الثقة العامة بالمؤسسة القضائية. ينص الدستور على مبدأ استقلال القضاء، لكن القوانين التطبيقية تمنح السلطة التنفيذية نفوذا كبيرا. كما يعين مجلس القضاء الأعلى جزئيا من قبل السياسيين، مما يفقده الحياد المطلوب. رغم بعض المبادرات لإصلاح القضاء وتعزيز استقلاليته، لا تزال العقبات البنيوية قائمة. يطالب المجتمع المدني بقوانين تحصن القضاء من الضغوط السياسية. أن تعزيز الاستقلال القضائي ضرورة لحماية حقوق المواطنين وبناء دولة القانون.
