Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في كليات جامعة أبين من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين. وبلغت عينة الدراسة (83) مبحوثا من المجتمع الكلي البالغ (279)، وهي عينة طبقية عشوائية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدمة استبانة مكونة من (51) فقرة، وزعت على أربع مجالات: (التنظيمية، التقنية، البشرية، والمالية). واستخدم الباحثان البرنامج الإحصائي (spss) في عمل إحصائيات الدراسة. تشير النتائج إلى أن درجة المعوقات كانت متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.76)، وانحراف معياري (0.873). أوصت الدراسة بتنظيم دورات تدريبية لتحسين مهارات الموظفين، وتحديث الهيكلة الإدارية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية.
