This paper advocates for the critical role of Individualized Education Programs in addressing the unique needs of gifted learners, emphasizing their superiority over less formal education plans due to legal enforceability and structured individualization. Despite policy inconsistencies and varied state approaches, IEPs provide a robust framework.
