Overview
近年来，陆续有一些新的周期素蛋白被发现，细胞周期素Y（cyclin Y, CCNY）即为其中之一。现有的研究表明cyclinY高度保守，在调节细胞周期及转录过程中发挥重要作用，而且cyclin Y在多种肿瘤组织中高表达，在肿瘤增殖调控中可能发挥重要的功能。现就cyclin Y的研究进展及其与肿瘤的关系做一综述。
