Overview
To do this, we introduce the concept of legal diaspora -concept traveler- as a contribution to the analysis of legal pluralism placing them in front of the central concepts generated within legal anthropology and in the context of the relationship between the Mexican State and the peoples indigenous, which mark the conformation of the legal field, where one of the generating centers of law is the State, but there are others such as indigenous peoples. Traveling concepts, Legal pluralism, Legal Diaspora, Mexican law and indigenous law.
