Overview
En la actualidad, tomar fotografías se ha vuelto un proceso cotidiano facilitado por la popularización de la tecnología, en contraposición con lo ralentizado que era en el pasado. De cualquier manera, esta manifestación humana se posiciona como parte de la memoria histórica de una sociedad. Pero, ¿cómo se vinculan la fotografía y la memoria histórica para determinar su importancia y optar por su conservación? Este es justo el cuestionamiento al que se intentará dar respuesta en el análisis que se presenta a continuación. Se concluye que la fotografía juega un papel destacado como memoria histórica que incide en el imaginario colectivo y funge como evidencia visual que merece ser conservada en los archivos.
