Overview
Belt breakage faults often occur in the supply fan of the radioactive waste building in the nuclear power plant. To avoid affecting the normal operation of the fan, the regular replacement frequency of the fan belt was shortened, but the breakage still occurred. Through testing and analysis of belts produced by different manufacturers, a detailed and in-depth analysis was conducted from different perspectives, and corresponding conclusions were drawn. At the same time, follow-up action suggestions were also provided, providing a good reference for improving the operational reliability of similar fans.
