AUGE Y CIERRE DEL CICLO DE MOVILIZACIÓN EN LA LECTURA DE LAS REVISTAS POLÍTICO-CULTURALES DE LA NUEVA IZQUIERDA ARGENTINA (1972-1973)

El artículo indaga en cómo dos publicaciones paradigmáticas de la nueva izquierda argentina, como Pasado y Presente y Envido, leyeron ambivalencias y signos equívocos de deterioro en el proceso de movilización social que siguió al post Cordobazo de 1969, el cual estuvo signado por la retirada dictatorial y el retorno del peronismo al gobierno tras 18 años de proscripción. La atención dada a las dos revistas busca mostrar las tensiones en las apuestas intelectuales que buscaron una mixtura entre la salida revolucionaria y el liderazgo histórico del general Juan Domingo Perón. Además, los posicionamientos de Pasado y Presente y Envido son ubicados en un diálogo con otras publicaciones de la nueva izquierda diferenciadas del peronismo, como Nuevo Hombre y Los libros. En este aspecto, el estudio intenta mostrar un tema poco enfatizado en la bibliografía, al identificar acontecimientos que, bastante antes del golpe de Estado de 1976, evidenciaron la derrota de las experiencias revolucionarias que bregaban por la continuidad del ciclo de movilización social de los años sesenta. This article explores how two paradigmatic publications of the Argentinean New Left, Pasado y Presente and Envido, read the ambivalence and conflicting signs of the unravelling process of social mobilization that followed the Córdoba uprising in 1969, which was marked by the withdrawal of the dictatorship and the return of Perón to power after 18 years in exile. The focus on these two magazines seeks to reveal the tensions between intellectual proposals that sought a mixture of a revolutionary way out and the historical leadership of Juan Domingo Perón. The positions taken up by Pasado y Presente and Envido are furthermore situated in a dialogue with other New Left publications that had distanced themselves from Peronism, such as Nuevo Hombre and Los Libros. This article thus aims to understand an issue that has not been emphasized in the bibliography by identifying developments that, long before the 1976 coup d’état, had revealed the defeat of the revolutionary experiences that fought for the continuity of the cycle of social mobilization seen in the sixties.
