正加速度暴露下大鼠肠黏膜屏障损伤及sIgA水平的变化

Overview
目的探讨模拟正加速度（＋Gz）暴露对大鼠肠黏膜免疫屏障的影响。方法 32只雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组（n=8）,通过动物离心机模拟＋Gz暴露。A组大鼠不做处理,B组大鼠以＋5Gz值旋转5min,C组大鼠以＋10Gz值旋转5min,D组大鼠连续暴露于＋5Gz值1.5min、＋10Gz值2.0min、＋5Gz值1.5min。每日暴露1次,持续5d。实验结束后观察大鼠肠黏膜大体损伤情况及镜下表现,ELISA法检测肠黏膜内分泌型免疫球蛋白A（sIgA）的含量。结果 ＋Gz暴露后,与A组相比,其他各组大鼠肠黏膜均有损伤,损伤程度D组〉C组〉B组;ELISA检测显示其他各组大鼠肠黏膜sIgA含量均明显下降（P〈0.05）,
