Overview
目的 探讨积极心理干预对住院精神分裂症患者家属负性情绪的影响,寻找改善家属负性情绪的方法.方法 选择2014年11月-2016年9月符合《国际疾病分类（第10版）》（ICD-10）精神分裂症诊断标准的住院患者家属为研究对象,共68名.采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各34名.两组均给予常规健康教育,研究组在此基础上进行积极心理干预3个月.两组在入组前以及干预3个月末分别接受焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、简易应对方式量表（SCSQ）评定.结果 ①入组时两组SAS、SDS和SCSQ评分差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）;②干预3个月末研究组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）;③研究结束时,研究组SCSQ积极应对方式评分高于对照组.结论 积极心理干预可能有助于改善精神分裂症患者家属的焦虑及抑郁负性情绪.
