Overview
目的调查广东石油化工学院在校大学生心理现状,筛选可能存在心理障碍的学生,以期为提高大学生心理综合素质提供理论依据.方法采用分层整群抽样法选取2 0 1 4年6 月- 2 0 1 5 年1 2月广东石油化工学院大-至大三学生2 0 0 0名为研究对象,采用症状自评量表（ SCL - 9 0 ）进行调查.结果与全国大学生常模比较,广东石油化工学院大学生的强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁及偏执评分[（2.03 ±0.54）分、（2.13 ±0.59）分、（1.93 ±0.52）分、（1.72 ±0.51）分、（1.94 ±0.51）分]均较高,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;-年级大学生人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑、敌对和精神病性评分分别为（1.96 ±0.59）分、（1.99±0.52）分、（1.75 ±0.51）分、（1.78 ± 0 . 4 8 ）分和（1.65 ± 0 . 4 7 ）分;二年级分别为（1.92 ± 0 . 6 5 ）分、（1.80 ± 0 . 6 4 ）分、（1.64 ±0.58）分、（1.73 ±0.69）分和（1.60 ±0.58）分;三年级分别为（1.84 ±0.56）分、（1.85 ±0.61）分、（1.68 ±0.72 ）分、（1.70 ±0.40）分和（1.57 ±0. 38）分;不同年级上述评分差异有统计学意义（P 均〈0.05）.结论广东石油化工学院大学生普遍存在强迫、焦虑、偏执、抑郁等心理症状,且年级越低的大学生越可能出现上述问题.
