成都市定点精神卫生机构救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的现状

Overview
目的了解成都市定点精神卫生机构救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的现状,为救治费用的合理安排及在院滞留救助患者的合理安置提供参考。方法于2016年10月-11月采用问卷调查法,对除成都市第四人民医院之外的成都市定点精神卫生机构进行填表培训后,通过电子邮件对住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者的救治情况进行调查。结果2011年1月-2016年6月,成都市13家定点精神卫生机构共救治住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者5531人次,其中伴发躯体疾病978人次。目前成都市定点精神卫生机构在院住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者584人(8.0%),其中住院一年以上的有352人。住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者平均住院天数为219天。2016年上半年,住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者人均医疗费用支出195.84元/天,而收到救治费用人均125.94元/天。结论成都市定点精神卫生机构救治的住院流浪乞讨精神障碍患者伴发躯体疾病较多,救助费用相对低,滞留医院病人多。
