Overview
目前，在有效的抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-Ⅰ）和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-2）的药物中，除膦甲酸（fosarnet）和西多福韦（cidofovir）外，其他所有抗病毒药物均为核苷类似物。其中阿昔洛韦（acvclovir）、泛昔洛韦（ramciclovir）和伐昔洛韦（valaciclovir）均为适用于大多数单纯疱疹病毒感染的一线抗病毒药物，而西多福韦、膦甲酸、更昔洛韦（ganciclovir）、缬更昔洛韦（valganciclovir）等二线抗单纯疱疹病毒药物对仪疱疹病毒亚科病毒也有效，尤其是治疗抗阿昔洛韦的单纯疱疹病毒分离株。
