椒蒿挥发油对小鼠自身免疫性睾丸炎的影响

Overview
目的研究椒蒿挥发油对小鼠自身免疫性睾丸炎睾丸组织结构及血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素含量的影响。方法健康成年雄性BAI。B／c小鼠150只，随机分为生理盐水组、模型组及椒蒿低、中、高剂量组（即椒蒿挥发油的体积分数为0．938％、1．875％、3．375％），采用单侧睾丸注射冰醋酸的方法造模。各组都在造模前3d开始灌胃，手术并单侧睾丸注射冰醋酸后继续灌胃，连续灌胃24d后，分别于术后3周、6周、9周取材检测，光镜观察非手术侧睾丸生精小管内的变化，ELISA法检测血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素的变化情况。结果术后3、6、9周，模型组及椒蒿低、中剂量组血清抑制素B含量均低于生理盐水组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），卵泡刺激素含量均高于生理盐水组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），术后9周，椒蒿高剂量组血清抑制素B和卵泡刺激素含量与生理盐水组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），术后9周，椒蒿高剂量组光镜下睾丸组织结构基本正常。结论椒蒿挥发油对小鼠自身免疫性睾丸炎的发生有一定的拮抗作用，同时也跟剂量有关，高剂量组的拮抗效果最好，术后灌胃9周，睾丸组织结构基本恢复正常。
