盐酸吡咯列酮对动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉脂联素表达的影响

Overview
目的 探讨盐酸吡格列酮对兔动脉粥样硬化斑块内脂联素表达的影响及其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制.方法新西兰兔36只,随机分为对照组、高胆固醇饮食组、高胆固醇饮食加吡咯列酮组,喂养8周后处死每组动物,取出从近主动脉弓部到髂动脉分叉处全部主动脉,测量主动脉粥样硬化斑块面积、内膜厚度及内膜/中膜厚度比值;行Masson染色及免疫组化染色,观察兔主动脉粥样硬化程度及脂联素在各组动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达.结果 高胆固醇饮食加吡咯列酮组动脉粥样硬化斑块面积与动脉内膜面积比值高于正常对照组,低于高胆固醇饮食组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高胆固醇饮食加吡咯列酮组内膜厚度、内膜/中膜厚度比均高于正常对照组,低于高胆固醇饮食组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高胆固醇饮食加吡咯列酮组血管壁脂联素蛋白表达低于正常对照组,高于高胆固醇饮食组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 吡格列酮具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,可使主动脉粥样硬化斑块内脂联素蛋白表达水平上调.
